[nscumber] Obituary -2019- Dawn Nelson (Holloway)

 

             

Dawn A. Nelson, 63, of  Moncton, surrounded by her loving family,  passed
away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, December 4, 20 19. 
Born in Springhill, she was the daughter of Gwyneth “Gwyn” (Holloway) Buck and  stepfather, Raymond Buck.

Dawn  was an Accountant at Classic Memorials and was a member of St.
George��s Anglican  Church, where she served her church in various
capacities over the years. S he  loved spending time at the family cottage
on the Amherst Shore and supporti ng  her daughter, Stephanie with her
various volunteering roles within DancEast .. She  also enjoyed travelling,
genealogy, painting and photography.

In  addition to her mother, Gwyneth “Gwyn” Buck (Raymond),
Dawn will be sadly missed  by her husband of 42 years, Carl Nelson of
Moncton; daughter, Stephanie Nel son  (Alastair Klima) of Petawawa, ON;
cherished grandchild expected to arrive i n  April of 2020; sister, Susan
Cambers (Greg) of Moncton; many loving nieces,   nephews, great nieces and
nephews and extended family members.

In  addition to her biological father, Dawn was predeceased by her son,
Andrew   Nelson (1981).

Visitation  at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton
(858–1995) o n Sunday from  1:00 to 5:00 pm. A Service to celebrate
and honour Dawn’s life will be held from  St. George’s
Anglican Church, 51 Church St. on Monday, December 9,  2019 at 1:30  pm
with The Reverend Chris VanBuskirk leading the service. Reception to follow  in the Church Hall. Interment will be in Stilesville Cemetery,
Spring  2020.
In lieu of flowers, in memory of Dawn, dona tions to  Ovarian Cancer Canada
