GEORGE 1932-2006 YOUNG

YOUNG, GEORGE 1932-2006 - George Howard Young of Tobique Narrows passed away
unexpectedly at his home on November 19th, 2006. Born in Fredericton on May
18, 1932, he was the son of the late Clifford and Marion (Fullerton) Young. He
was the husband of the late Freda Young (Wallace). George leaves behind his
children, Nola (Bobbi) Ballard of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Clifford
(Jennifer) Young of Tobique Narrows, Alan (Linda) Young, Tobique Narrows, his
sister, Elizabeth Mahoney of Fredericton; six grandchildren. George worked for
41 years as a construction supervisor with NB Power. He was a member of the
Elks Club and the 25 Year Club from NB Power. He enjoyed many activities,
among them salmon fishing and bowling. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with
visitation on Tuesday, November 21st, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral
Service will be held on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2006 at 2 pm from Brunswick
Funeral Home Chapel. Father Curtis Sappier officiating. Interment will be in
Larlee Creek Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the Larlee Creek
Cemetery or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

FREDA GERALDINE YOUNG

YOUNG, FREDA GERALDINE - Of Tobique Narrows passed away at Hotel Dieu of St.
Joseph Hospital on the morning of October 16, 2004. Born in Tobique Narrows on
July 6, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Beulah Wallace. She
leaves behind her husband George Young; her children Clifford (Jennifer) Young
and Alan (Linda) Young both of Tobique Narrows, Nola Rae Ballard (Bobbi) of
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; grandchildren Barrett, Matthew, Thomas, Luke,
Brittany and Neil; sisters Dorothy DeMerchant of Perth-Andover, Verna (Roland)
Baker of Tilley, Glenna (Graeme) MacIntosh of Tobique Narrows, Nola Myers of
Fort Fairfield; brothers Jim (Margaret) Wallace of Tobique Narrows, George
(Helen) Wallace of Beaconsfield; sister-in-law Elizabeth (Gerald) Mahoney,
several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brother Johnny Wallace and
sister Mary Jane Savoy. Freda graduated from the Saint John General Hospital
nursing programme in 1952 and worked in various hospitals across Canada. She
later returned to Perth-Andover and played an instrumental roll in the
creation of the Victoria Glen Manor Inc. She gave the institution its name and
served as its first administrator. She was also a past president of the
Provincial Women Liberal Association. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with
visitation on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday
October 19, 2004 at 2 pm from St. James United Church in Perth-Andover. Rev.
Maynard Rector officiating. Interment in Larlee Creek Cemetery. For those who
wish, donations to the Larlee Creek Cemetery or to the NB Heart and Stroke
Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

MAHONEY, M. ELISABETH - The death of M. Elisabeth Mahoney of Fredericton, NB
occurred at York Manor Care Centre on Friday, May 17, 2013. Born in
Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Marion (Young)
Fullerton and the wife of the late Gerald Mahoney. Elisabeth was a long time
employee with Central Trust and the Toronto Dominion. She was actively
involved for many years with the Lower St. Mary's Women's Institute and the
Horseman Association, and was an owner and operator of a ceramic shop for over
20 years. She was an avid pet lover and was involved in horse racing, the
Canadian Kennel Club, and she raised and showed Cocker Spaniels which were her
pride and joy. She is survived by her children, Linda Dove (Barry), Gerald
Mahoney (Mary), Randy Mahoney (Gail); 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-
grandchildren.

There will be no visitation by request. A memorial service will be held at the
J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Monte
Peters will officiate. Interment will be in the Taymouth Cemetery. In lieu of
flowers, memorial tributes may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

GERALD DANIEL MAHONEY

MAHONEY, GERALD DANIEL The death of Gerald Daniel Mahoney of Fredericton, NB,
occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Thursday, August 25th, 2005.
Born in Gagetown, NB, he was the son of the late John and Ann (Jones) Mahoney
and the husband of Elisabeth (Young) Mahoney. Gerald worked for NB Tel until
his retirement in 1982. He was an avid horseman, and a member of the Kennel
Club, past member and president of Barker's Point Lions Club. Survived by his
wife of 51 years Elisabeth, two sons, Randy (Gail) of Fredericton, NB, and
Gerald "Gerry" (Mary) of Cache Creek, BC; one daughter, Linda Dove (Barry) of
Edmonton, AB; 21 grandchildren and great grandchildren; three sisters,
Katherine Murphy of Ottawa, ON, Susan Malone of Gatineau, PQ and Gertrude
Malone of Sussex, NB; sisters- in -law, Ruth Mahoney and Elizabeth Mahoney,
and brother- in - law, Thomas Bernard. Predeceased by his parents, three
brothers, Lawrence, John and Daniel; three sisters, Jennie Sullivan, Mary
Henderson and Anna Bernard Visitation will be held at McAdam Select Community
Funeral Home on Saturday, August 27th, 2005 from 7-9 pm and Sunday, August
28th, 2005 from 2 - 6 pm. The funeral mass will be held at the St. Anthony's
Catholic Church on Monday, August 29th, 2005 at 11:00 am. Rev. Monte Peters
will officiate. Interment will be in the Taymouth Cemetery. For those who
