Kentville) refers to your Harry W SANFORD:

Harry W. Sanford, 1927-1976

I think the date of death was 15 Sept 1976.

This would likely be the CH entry:

09-17-76
Sanford, Harry Welsford
(assuming that is the Welsford in Kings County, not Pictou County)
