SO What's up with James? Is it a technical problem ? He is OK himself as I
heard from him just last night.

Posting for Jim Wels h who after almost 20 years can no longer post or
receive items to/from  nscumber.

It�s like if you have an issue, the office is open but e veryone is on
break.

I�ve heard recently of several people who  have tried to subscribe but no
one is available to approve their applica tion. After a couple of weeks,
they receive an e-mail their application  was rejected.
