Re: [nscumber] Obit: HATFIELD, Arden Ross
Hi Judith:
Sorry I'm a bit late replying, we were shopping in the morning then I was
outside repairing my shed door.
The Bulk Barn in Bedford Commons has all their Easter Egg candy on sale in
about 1 1/2 lb. bags for $0.99 BTW.
Arden and my father were 1st cousins. Arden's m/1 was Dorothy Esther Lamb; m/2
Gene Parker; m/3 Ron MacDonald. Suzanne Marie and Robert Arden are his from
m/1; Lisa is from his m/2
His obit is a "bit lacking" as I am assuming his m/2 wrote it. There's not
even a mention of his parents, a predeceased daughter or 1 sister and 5
brothers.
Dave

Daughter:
Suzanne Hatfield 1966-2019
The sudden passing of Suzanne Marie Hatfield occurred at the Moncton City
Hospital on Friday, September 13, 2019. She was the daughter of Dorothy
Parker (Ron) and Arden Hatfield (Linda). She was born on May 22, 1966 in
Amherst and had been living in Sackville, NB for many years, a town she loved.
Suzanne was a bright, kind, compassionate lady with untold strength and
determination. She had a can do attitude and never let the many obstacles in
her life get the best of her. Sadly she as not able to fight her latest
challenge. The aneurysm was just too much for her to cope with; and we had no
choice but to let her go. Besides her parents she is survived by her brother
Rob Hatfield (Lynn), her sister Lisa Hatfield, her son Jesse Hatfield
(Ashley), her son Jon Traynor, and her soul mate Gary Sears. Her oldest
grandson Braden was her whole reason for moving forward. She raised him from
the age of 3 months and everyone remarked on what a great job she did of
nurturing him and teaching him a lot of life's lessons, always stressing the
importance of being kind and respectful to everyone. She also adored her
granddaughter Paige and her grandsons Ben and Greyson. She will also be
missed by her fur baby Miss Lily. Suzanne was a shining light in the world
and will be forever missed by her family and many friends. Arrangements have
been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville, NB
(506-364-1300). A memorial service will be held at a later date. Those
wishing to make a donation in Suzanne's memory may do so to the charity of
your choice. Sharing of memories and condolences may be sent to the family by
visiting Suzanne's online memorial at www.jonesfuneralhome.ca or through the
Jones Funeral Home Facebook Page.
