Obituary of Mona Kathleen Hazel

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mona Kathleen Hazel
on May 25, 2020 in Orchard Court, Kentville, NS with her family by her side.

Mona was born November 23, 1939 and was the daughter of the late Burton and
Irene (Pye) Webber.

  

She attended the School of the Deaf in Halifax where she and Sheldon met. Mona
and Sheldon lived in Calgary for most of their lives before moving back to
N.S.

  

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Sheldon Hazel, daughter Donna
Hazel of Trenton Ontario, sister Verna (Morley) Cluett, Country Harbour Lake,
NS, brothers Murray (Sharon) Webber, Country Harbour Lake, NS, Douglas
(Kathleen) Webber, Torbay, NS and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased
by brothers Russell and Harold Webber and sister Dorothy Furlong.

  

Sheldon and Mona's family would like to acknowledge and thank everyone for the
compassionate care, love, and support shown to Mona during her stay at Orchard
Court, Kentville

  

Cremation has taken place and a funeral service will be held at a later date
