Almira Ann McWhirter, wife of Robert Burton McWhirter, died on 27 April
1945 in Apple River, Cumberland County. On the 24th day of April, 1945,
she made a short last will and testament. The following is that will.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

This is my last Will and Testament of me Almira Ann McWhirter of Apple
River, in the County of Cumberland and Province of Nova Scotia.

I hereby devise and bequeath unto my husband, Robert Burton McWhirter
all my estate and all moneys I possess wheresoever situated.

I hereby nominate and appoint my son Arthur Bartley McWhirter of Apple
River, Nova Scotia, my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament,
in witness whereof I have set my hand,

This 24th day of April, 1945.
