TEED, Emma Elizabeth - 89, 120 Victoria St., Springhill, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2002, in Highland View Hospital, Amherst. Born in Parrsboro, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Etta Mae (Lewis) Brown. She was a member of All Saints Anglican Church, Springhill; Rebecca Lodge, Lady Minto No. 23 and Pythian Sisters No. 8 Lodge, Springhill. She was a CNA and worked at All Saints Hospital, Springhill and Sackville Memorial Hospital, Sackville, N.B. She is survived by sons, Gordon "Kemp" (Jean), Dragon Lake, B.C.; Daniel (Margaret), Lower Sackville; David (Carolyn), Springhill; daughters, Julia-Ann (James "Bud") Wambolt, Richetta (Hilton) Lockhart, all of Port Howe; sister, Rita (Thomas) Walsh, Halifax; 17 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. Besides her husband, Wilfred D. Teed, she was predeceased by brothers, Horace and John Brown. visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today, Pythian Sisters and Rebecca Lodge services at 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., all in MacDiarmid's Funeral Home, 5075 Main St., Oxford. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in All Saints Anglican Church, Springhill, Rev. Frank Likely officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Springhill.
