Obit: LOWERISON, Dororthy A

Dorothy A. Lowerison Amherst, NB - Dorothy A. Lowerison, age 80 of Amherst, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2002 at Highland View Regional Hospital. Born in Cape Tormentine, NB, she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Edith (nee Williams) Stillman. Dot was employed by Margolian's for 28 years. She was a member of Trinity St. Stephen's United Church and enjoyed dancing and being a member of the Amherst Bowling League. Dorothy is survived by sons Greg (Candy) Lowerison of Amherst, Phillip Mason of Boston, Mass, Randy (Joyce) Lowerison of Bolton, On; brothers Harold "Buddy" (Tillie) Stillman of Pointe de Bute, NB, Gordon (Dot) Stillman of Tignish, NS; several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Reg; a daughter Colleen Harrison; sisters Ethel Spence and Eudora Mitton; brothers Randolph and Arthur. Cremation has taken place. Visiting with the family will be Sunday, April 27 at Campbell's Funeral Home, 98 Church Street, Amherst from 2-4 and
7-9pm. Funeral service will be Monday at 10 am from Campbell's Chapel with the Reverend Allan Griffin officiating. Interment will take place in the Amherst Cemetery.
