CLARKE, Lillian May - 69, Truro, died peacefully Friday, April 12, 2002, in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Springhill, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Muriel (Rushton) Dujay. She is survived by her husband, Bernard Connor, Truro; daughters, Brenda (Mrs. Christian Samson), Gatineau, Que.; Linda Clarke (Ronald), Nancy Clarke (John), both of Truro; Mirium (Mrs. Allen Butler), Halifax; sons, Douglas (Debbie) MacKay, Niagara Falls; Earl (Franca) Clarke, Montreal, Que.; Steven Clarke, Petawawa, Ont.; stepson, Anthony (Earlene) Connors, Stewiacke; grandchildren, Sheldon, Christopher, Nicolas, Devon, Brandon, Christopher, Adam, Tyler, Jeremy, Nicole, Alicia, Brittany, Kate, Jennifer, Shannon and Chantal. She was predeceased by sons, Wayne Dujay and Fred Clarke. Visitation 7-9 p.m. today and Tuesday, memorial service 2 p.m. Wednesday, both in Mattatall Funeral Home, Truro, Rev. Dale Kehler officiating. Burial in Folly Village Cemetery, Glenholme. Donations may be made to Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Truro. Thank you to all the nurses on the fourth floor of Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro, and fifth floor, VG Site, QEII, Halifax, for all the care given during Mom's illness.
