WEEKS, Reginald E. - 80, Wards Brook, Cumberland Co. died Saturday, April 6, 2002, in All Saints Hospital, Springhill. Born in Pleasant Valley, P.E.I., he was a son of the late Harry and Mina (Sharpe) Weeks. During the Second World War, he was employed with Canada Car in Amherst. He later was employed with Tasco Sheet Metal, New Glasgow and Wadco Roofing in Sydney, retiring after 40 years. He is survived by his wife, the former Ruby Tibbetts; sister, Eileen Shaw, Charlottetown; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Miller and Lewis. Visitation 7-9 p.m. this evening in Smith's Funeral Home, Parrsboro. Funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday in Port Greville Baptist Church, Pastor Graham Clarke officiating. Burial in Riverbank Cemetery, Port Greville. Memorial donations may be made to the Port Greville Baptist Church or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
