FRANCE, Fern Joslyn - 77, High-Crest Springhill Nursing Home, Springhill, and formerly of Oxford, Cumberland Co., died March 4, 1999, in the home. Born in Oxford, she was a daughter of the late
Charles Alexander "Sandy" and Eva May (Rushton) Embree. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Oxford, and a member of the Nazarene Church Ladies Group. Surviving are sister, Doreen (Mrs. Clarence Wallace), Ottawa; brother, Ralph L., Oxford; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by sisters, Alberta, Mrs. Ola Leisner, Mrs. Rosetta Miller, Mrs. Regina Doncaster; brothers, Aubrey, William A. "Bill", Russell, George. Funeral 2 p.m. today in Allen's Funeral Home, 60 Waters St., Oxford, Rev. Bert Collins officiating. Burial at a later date in Birch Grove Cemetery, Little River. Donations to the Church of the Nazarene Oxford Memorial fund or Gideon Bible
Society.
