I found that when I signed in to Yahoo and NSCUMBER that I had TWO NSCUMBER
membership and one was not set up to send me the messages. I clicked it to
do so and now have now problem
SOOOO, check your actual NSCUMBE membership through Yahoo and I bet it lists
NSCUMBER twice
