Welton, Kyle Troy
Jan. 5, 1997 - April 11, 2017
Kyle will be deeply missed by his parents, Conrad and Coleen Welton;
sisters, Kayla Moore (Phillip), Krista Welton; brother, Derrick Yates; great
grandfather Harry Mosher Sr.; grandparents, Bob and Jean Alexander, Gerald
and Agnes Crosby, and George Welton. Kyle leaves behind countless aunts,
uncles, cousins, and friends. In August 2017, Kyle would have become a
first-time uncle to a niece.
Kyle was born and raised in 100 Mile House. He graduated from Peter Skene
Ogden 2015 and completed his first year of welding at Thompson Rivers
University in Williams Lake later the same year.
Outdoorsman and hobby mechanic, Kyle loved to get his hands dirty in order
to figure out how things worked. He loved dirt biking, hunting, snowmobiling
and camping, (especially with his cousin, John Robinett).
Kyle was outgoing, energetic, compassionate, loving, and whitty. He had a
BIG heart and was always thinking of others and ways to make them laugh. He
was quick to crack jokes and always had a mischievous smile. In the face of
all his struggles over the last 14 months, Kyle had developed a calm, gentle
spirit and took things as they came. He faced more challenges in his last
year than most people do in a lifetime, and although he was disappointed
with all the bad news, he never became angry or bitter.
Kyle wanted his family to know how dearly loved they all were, and wanted
others to experience the peace he had found through his renewed faith in
Jesus Christ. His love and passion for people will live on in the hearts of
his loved ones. Gone but never forgotten.
"Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who
sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have
no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe
that God will bring Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him----we will be
caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And
we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore, encourage one another with
these words" 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 & 17-18
The family would like to thank the staff in the BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant)
Unit at VGH (Vancouver General Hospital) for their amazing care, the
wonderful staff at the Easter Seal House in Vancouver for going above and
beyond to accommodate the family with housing, to Dr. Lapin and the staff at
100 Mile House Hospital for going the extra mile, Donex staff for being
available, Fay for spoiling Kyle, the 100 Mole Ministerial for prayers,
counseling and support and finally, to our wonderful community of 100 Mile
House for supporting our family during these difficult times. To Kim, Shayla
and Jesse - Kyle lived you!
A Celebration of Kyle's life will be held Friday, April 21, , 2017 at 6:30
pm at the Peter Skene Ogden Secondary (PSO) gymnasium. For those who have
"Kyle the Warrior" shirts, feel free to wear them in his honour.

WEDDING: Welton - Mosher
The Union Church at Halfway River was the scene of a pretty fall wedding on
Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. when Rev. Harold Higgins of Southampton, united
in marriage, Agnes Fern, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mosher of
Halfway River to George Stewart Welton, son of Mr. Harold Welton and the
late Mrs. Welton of Parrsboro.

Groom has a brother, Milford. Will reside in Debert where the groom is
stationed with the Canadian Army.
