MARBLEHEAD - Mrs. Emma DeV. (Schofield) Kinsley, 91, of 113 Front St., widow of Frederic M. Kinsley, died Tuesday morning in Mary A. Alley Hospital after a brief illness.
Born in Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of the late Asa A. and Naomi J. (Hoag) Schofield.
She was educated in Boston schools. Mrs. Kinsley was a member of the Unitarian Church and a former member of the Marblehead Women's Club.
Surviving her are a son, Frederic William "Bill" Kinsley of Marblehead; a brother, Arthur E. Schofield of Marblehead, and 2 grandchildren, Jane M. and Richard S. Kinsley.
Private graveside services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in Waterside Cemetery.
