In Loving Memory
It with great sadness that the family of Margaret Newcombe Fage age 96 of
Amherst announce her passing on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at the Victoria Manor,
Amherst.

Born in Amherst on January 29, 1921, she was the daughter of the late
Willard A. and Evelyn (Edgett) Tingley.

Marg enjoyed the simple things in life, such as knitting, hiking, skiing,
bicycling, skating and the many years at her beloved cottage. She had a
positive outlook on life, and enjoyed time with her many friends and
family. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Amherst, where she was
involved with Sunday School for several years.

Marg was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. She
will lovingly be remembered by her son James (Norma) of Keswick Ridge, NB,
grandchildren, Paul (Cindy) Fage of Albany, Western Australia, Jamie Solesme
of Crysler, ON and Jonathan (Maria) Fage of Guelph, ON; eight great
grandchildren; sister in-law Adrienne Tingley as well as many nieces ,
nephews and cousins.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family and was
predeceased by her husband Kenneth, of 68 years, her daughter, Muriel Ann
Fage; two sisters, Mildred Reily and Neva Ward and her brother
Donald.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 1 ­ 2p.m. with the
service following at 2 p.m. all held at the First Baptist Church, Amherst
with Rev. Byron Corkum officiating.

Interment will take place at a later date in the Amherst Cemetery.

Donations can be made in Marg¹s memory to the First Baptist Church or to the
charity of choice.
