Dyas, Joyce M. Age 91, of Truro and formerly of Parrsboro passed away
Monday, April 3, 2017 at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.
Born in Toronto, she was a daughter of the late Duncan and Jean (MacLaren)
MacGillivary. She is survived by daughters, Barbara Pollotta, Rochester,
N.Y.; Susan Dyas (David Doane), Keswick, Ont.; a son, Kenneth (Dawn Wall),
Truro; five grandchildren, John Pollotta, Marc Pollotta, Tammy Holwell, Keri
Ziegler, Trent Dyas; 15 great grandchildren; a great-great grandson. She was
predeceased by her husband, Charles; a daughter, Nancy; a son, John. Funeral
service will be held at 11 am on Friday, April 7, 2017 at Smith¹s Funeral
Home, Parrsboro, Rev. Lloyd Bruce officiating. Burial in the Parrsboro
United Cemetery. Reception to follow at the St. George¹s Hall, Parrsboro.
