OBITUARY
Arthur Gould
WILLIAMSDALE, Oct. 25 - The death occurred late Monday evening of Arthur Gould, age 54, in the All Saints Hospital, Springhill. Mr. Gould has been in poor health for a number of years.
He was a veteran of World War I and II. He was formerly of Amherst, and went to Millvale three years ago to make his home.
The funeral service was held Friday afternoon from the Millvale United Church, with the pastor Rev. R. L. Roach officiating. The hymns were "Unto The Hills," "Beautiful Isle Of Somewhere" and "Sweetly Resting" was sung at the graveside.
The pall bearers were, Roy Stonehouse, Clifford Campbell, Lloyd Tait, Ivan Purdy, Purley Mooring and James Stevens.
He is survived by his widow, the former Pauline Mountain, Springhill. Burial took place in the Millvale United Cemetery.
