No, it doesn't mean the account has been 'hacked'. It's a simple matter to make an email appear as though it came from some other address -- yours, mine or anyone else's. It does not imply an account has been broken into. As others have said, just delete the message.

I saw that and immediately deleted it.  Those type of notes are spam in my experience. 


 

Would any one know why I would get a message from Staples that a package had been shipped using nscumber@.... This disturbed me since I am not expecting a package from any company.
