OBITUARY:
Amos, Freda J. - 73, West Brook, Cumberland Co., died December 31, 1995, at
home. Born in Sackville, N.B., she was a daughter of the late Gordon and
Hazel (Wood) Amos. Surviving are daughters, Faye (Mrs. Frank Wilkinson),
Gananoque, Ont.; Linda Amos, Pembroke, Ont.; Sylvia Amos, Elmsdale; Mrs.
Gail Stuart, Dartmouth; sons, James, Kingston, Ont.; Lionel, West Brook;
sisters, Mary (Mrs. Harry Mosher), West Brook; Eva (Mrs. Bernard Silver),
Annie (Mrs. Herbert Norris), Kingston; brothers, Arthur, Kingston; Kenneth,
Orlando, Fla.; Lennie Estabrooks, Prince George, B.C. 18 grandchildren;
eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Stuart;
daughter, Fern; sons, Gordon, Charles; brothers, Donald, Walter. Visitation
2-4, 7-9 p.m., today, funeral at 2 p.m. Wednesday, both in Smith's Funeral
Home, Parrsboro, Rev. Ewen Moace officiating. Burial in West Brook Cemetery.
