Tibbetts, Gary Roy March 6, 2008
The death occurred peacefully and with his sister Daphne by his side at the
Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Thursday, March 6th, 2008 of Gary Roy
Tibbetts of MacDonald Community Care Home, 197 Cambridge St. Summerside and
formerly of Oromocto, NB, aged 61 years. Gary was born in Truro NS on
January 17th , 1947 to his parents, Roy and the late Clara (nee Gamble)
Tibbetts.
Beloved son of Roy Tibbetts, Summerset Manor and loving brother of Daphne
(Ed) Nickerson, Summerside and Wayne (Sandi) of Oromocto and several nieces
and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Besides his mother and he
was predeceased by his brother Gerald and his niece Donna Marie Nickerson.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until
Sunday, March 9th , 2008 , for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at
3:00 p.m. . Interment to take place in St. John's Anglican Church Cemetery
in Oromocto, NB. at a later date.
Memorial donations in Gary's memory to the Palliative Care Unit of Prince
County Hospital or to MacDonald Community Care Home would be greatly
appreciated. Visiting hours on Saturday, 7:00-9:00 p.m only.
