I haven’t located the Fred Carman Coates – Reta Bridget (O’Brien) Boucher marriage yet in N.S. or N.B.

OBITUARY:
Boucher, Horace MacKenzie - 80, 4 Erncliffe St., Amherst, died December 4,
1993, in Highland View Regional Hospital, Amherst. Born in Parrsboro, he was
a son of the late Joseph and Reta (O'Brien) Boucher. He had been an employee
of the Nova Scotia Power Corporation for many years. He was a founding
member and president of the North Nova Scotia Highlanders Memory Club, Royal
Canadian Legion Branch 10, Amherst and the Sergeants and Officers Mess. He
is survived by two sons, Wayne, Horseheads, N.Y.; Earl. Chilliwack. B.C.;
two sisters, Ruth McCormick, Toronto; Dorothy Dupuis, Victoria, B.C.'
brother, Ronald, Pembroke, Ont.; half-sister, Geraldine McGuire, Owen Sound,
Ont.; two half-brothers, Robert Coates, Amherst; Donald Coates, Edmonton;
eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Mona. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today
in Campbell's Funeral Home, Amherst, where a legion service will be 7 p.m.
tonight. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Christ Church, Rev. David Myles
officiating. Burial will follow in Amherst Cemetery. Donations may be made
to the Memory Club or Christ Church Organ Fund.

OBITUARY

Mona Eileen Boucher

AMHERST - The death of Mona Eileen Boucher of 4 Erncliffle St., Amherst,
occurred at Highland View Regional Hospital, Amherst, on Friday, Nov. 9,
1990. She was 76 years of age.

Born in Amherst, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Emma (Priest)
England.

She had been a school teacher and principal of Acadia St. School, was a
member of Christ Church, the Church Guild and a junior choir director.

She was a member of the Tantramar Chapter I.O.D.E. and the Hospital
Auxiliary and was active in volunteer work.

She is survived by her husband, Horace; two sons; Wayne of Horseheads, N.Y.,
and Earl of Chilliwack, B.C.; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren
and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Jesse.

Her remains rested at Campbell's Funeral Home, Amherst.

The funeral service was held at Christ Church on Monday, Nov. 12, at 10
a.m., with Rev. Father David Myles officiating.

Burial was in the Amherst Cemetery.
