LUNN, (MacKillop) Anne Marie, 69, Sydney / Port Hood

It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden death of Anne Marie
Lunn, 69, on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at her home in Sydney.

Born in Port Hood, the town she loved, Anne was the daughter of the late
Alex Rory and Florence (MacDonald) MacKillop.

Anne ventured off to Boston as a young woman for employment; she later moved
back to her beloved Cape Breton. She was a very religious woman. Anne would
light a candle for anyone needing a prayer. She was a religious education
teacher, Eucharistic minister and C.W.L. member. Anne loved to walk; you
could always see her coming down the street with her big smile, stopping
along the way to chat with her many great friends and neighbours in Sydney.
She had a rule, never try talking to her while she was watching her
favourite hockey team, the Boston Bruins. Anne was a loving mother,
grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was very proud of her
grandchildren, you could always hear her talking about them.
