Obituary

Yorke (Comeau), Delina Marie - It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce
the sudden passing of our dear mother, Delina on April 23, 2015 at the
Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Belliveau Cove, she was the daughter of
the later Acapite and Delia (Poirier) Comeau. Delina was a very delicate,
loveable lady whose first passion and joy was her family who loved and will
greatly miss her. Delina was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ronald
(1995) who she will now join. Delina is survived by daughter, Audrey (Mike)
Myrick, Waverley and son, Ronald (Marilee) Hope, British Columbia; sisters
Elise (Bill) Larsen, Dartmouth and Zita Keating, East Hartford, Connecticut;
brother, Arthur (Sheila) Comeau, Belliveau Cove. Delina was predeceased by
sisters, Alma, Eva and Melanie; brothers, Joseph, Willie, Dennis, Daly and
Alphie. To honour mom's wishes, cremation has taken place under the
direction of A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home. Private interment at a later date.
For those wishing, donations may be made to the Lung Association of Nova
Scotia or a charity of one's choice. The family would like to sincerely
thank the E.R. staff at the Dartmouth General Hospital and the responding
EMT's for their kindness and compassion at this difficult time. Online

Obituary - YORKE, Ronald W. - 77, Dartmouth, died November 12, 1995, in
Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Parrsboro, he was a son of the late
Thomas and Madge (Graham) Yorke. He worked at the Halifax shipyard for a
number of years and then was self-empolyed as a welder for the Dartmouth
school board until his retirement. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He
was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Surviving are his
wife, the former Delina Comeau; daughter, Audrey (Mrs. Mike Myrick),
Dartmouth; son, Ronald, British Columbia. He was predeceased by sisters,
Rita, Eva, Muriel; brother, Clyde. No visitation by request. Funeral 2 p.m.
Tuesday in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, Portland Street, Dartmouth, Rev. Don
Krause officiating. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lower Sackville.
