Eric:

Thanks.

A query for any HOEG researchers:

Mary (Hoeg) White would be past age 50 when he was born and he already had a predeceased brother, Stanley.

Could he be a gs/o Albert White and Mary Hoeg and raised as a son?

On the 1911 Census, there appears to be a much larger family than just Pearl, John, Lloyd and Stanley.

Stanley ‘Toots’ White, 85
Florence [Cape Breton, NS]
We regret to announce the passing of Stanley White, 85, on Tuesday, December 8, 2014, at the Northside General Hospital, with his niece and caregiver, Thelma Johnston by his side. Born in Florence on February 16, 1929, he was the son of the late Albert and Mary (Hoeg) White. He was predeceased by his brothers John, Lloyd and Stanley, and his sister Pearl Devoe. His family would like to thank the staff of the Northside General Hospital, 5th Floor, and the staff of the Northside Guest Home, especially Kelly Carter, who was like an angel. Thank you also to a special nephew, Brent Devoe, and Dr. Langley. At Stanley’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. Words of comfort may be forwarded to his family at  www.jmjobesfuneralhome.com
