I have his parents as Frank Campbell and Margaret Brown. Frank a son of John Campbell & Lillian Cook. His mother Margaret ( Marguerite) a d/o Fred Brown and Lillian Rutledge. I'm wondering if someone can identify Fred Brown? I have found Margaret's  mother Lillian, but to what Brown family does Fred belong?? Any ideas??
