Hi Rick:

Thanks for his wife's name. I research most families in the Parrsboro to
Advocate area of Cumberland County.

Out of curiosity, do you know if Margaret Black was a sister to Marion
Leverne Black? Ie, two brothers married two sisters?

Marion petitioned for a divorce from John in 1955 on the grounds of Cruelty
(numerous severe physical abuses by John).

I'll see if our Halifax Archives has a copy of "The History of Eureka and
Ferrona" by Edwin Bliss.

From Googleing "Judson MacKay", I believe he's Judson George MacKay and has
4 daughters, Shirley, Tracy, Lynn and Bonnie.

I've narrowed down Ethel Mildred Sheck's death to 1966 and if she had an
obit published in the Chronicle Herald, it was possibly as Mrs. John MacKay
and there were numerous Mrs. John MacKay's in the obit index but 1966 may
now help on my next Archive trip.

Thanks again.

Dave
