OBITUARY: John Roderick MacKay
Eureka - John Roderick MacKay, 82, died at his home.
Born in Londonderry Mines, he was the son of John and Margaret MacKay.
He is survived by his wife, the former Ethel Sheck, Parrsboro, three sons,
John and Donald, at home, Judson, New Lowell, Ontario; three sisters, Cora
(Mrs. Heron); Sadie (Mrs. Holley), Eureka; and Margaret (Mrs. Ibbitson),
Toronto; three brothers, Sam, Trenton; Hugh and Lyman, Boston, Mass.
The remains are resting at his residence. The funeral will be held this
afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the home. Interment in Riverton Cemetery.
