Obituary - HANNAH, Kenneth Craig - 76, 2195 Windham Hill Rd., Cumberland
Co., formerly of Springhill, died on November 18, 1998, in Highland View
Regional Hospital, Amherst. Born in Springhill, he was a son of the late
Jack and Georgia Augusta (Blenkhorn) Hannah. He served overseas during
the Second World War with the Royal Canadian Navy. He was a member of
Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 17; Eureka Lodge 15 IOOF; Springhill
Chamber of Commerce and was the last surviving charter member of
Springhill Lions Club. He had a great love of horses and enjoyed
spending time with his family. Surviving are his wife, the former Mona
Spence; sons, Thomas, Edmonton; William, Jack, Springhill; Donald,
Windham Hill; brother J.Allister, Springhill; seven grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by brother, Glendon. Visitation
2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, funeral 2 p.m. Saturday, both in A.H. Brown Funeral
Home, Springhill, Rev. Brent MacDonald officiating. Burial in Hillside
Cemetery, Springhill. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Springhill
United Baptist Church.
