OBITUARY:
Taggart, Morris Keith - 47, Sheet Harbour, died Sunday in Sheet Harbour as
result of a house fire. Born in Sheet Harbour, he was a son of Annie (Dorey)
Taggart and the late Franklyn Taggart. He is survived by a daughter, Jacklyn
(Mrs. Andre Whitt), Cassier, B.C.; three brothers, Franklyn, Constance Bay;
Ross, Edmonton; Ernie, Foro, Yukon; four sisters, Wilhelmina, Edmonton;
Gloria, Toronto; Shirley (Mrs. Neil Hartling), Oyster Pond; Carroll Ann,
Vernon, B.C.; His wife, Nora, died as a result of the same fire. He was
predeceased by a son, Morris, Jr.; a brother, Robert. The body is in
Crowell's Funeral Home, Sheet Harbour, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral
will be 2 p.m. Thursday in St. Michael's Anglican Church, Sheet Harbour,
Rev. Dawn Davis officiating. Burial will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Watt
Section, Halifax County.

Alfred and Louise (Dupe) Stockley. She is survived by a daughter, Jacklyn
(Mrs. Andre Whitt), Cassier, B.C.; seven sisters, Frances Porter, Rose
Campbell, both of Ontario; Pat Hardy, Katherine Hussey, both of Ingonish;
Hannah MacKay, Baddeck; Mary Hardy, Sydney; Ann Turner, Dartmouth; five
brothers, James, Murray, both of Ingonish; Ray, Baddeck; Clarence, Sydney;
Russell, Dartmouth. Her husband, Morris, died as a result of the same fire.
She was predeceased by a son, Morris, Jr.; two infant brothers. The body is
in Crowell's Funeral Home, Sheet Harbour, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday in St. Michael's Anglican Church, Sheet
Harbour, Rev. Dawn Davis officiating. Burial will be in St. Andrew's
