Her parents were David Wright Buchanan from Springhill and Luella McKenzie
(Grant) Buchanan from Advocate Harbour. M/1 16 Feb 1921 at Amherst.
After seeing the 1921 Census, I now feel this is how Carl Morton Hatfield
met his wife, Lorena Isabella Grant; this particular Grant family was living
in Springhill before going Stateside as were the Hatfield's.

Audrey Chase, 76
ATTLEBORO ‹ Audrey B. Chase, 76, of Holden Street, died Sunday in Sturdy
Memorial Hospital. She was the former wife of the late Arthur Chase Sr.
Born in Cambridge on Dec. 7, 1925, she was the daughter of David and Luella
(Grant) Buchanan. She had been raised in Attleboro and was a 1943 graduate
of Attleboro High School. She had also resided in Florida.
Mrs. Chase had worked for Eastern Airlines for 34 years, as manager of
aircraft records for 25 years, retiring in 1986.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Attleboro and was a founding
member of the Margaret Cameron Circle of the church, and a member of the
board of trustees.
She is survived by a son, Arthur Chase Jr. of Attleboro; a daughter, Marcia
Miller of Attleboro; a brother, Hugh Buchanan of Attleboro; two sisters,
Jean Yeo of Attleboro Falls and Shirley Gorman of Pittsburgh, Pa.; three
grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service in celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m.
Saturday in the First Baptist Church, 118 South Main St.
Arrangements are by the Foley-Hathaway Funeral Home, 126 South Main St.
