Could Mary Ann Fullerton and Margaret Jane Fullerton be sisters married to brothers, Jesse Lewis and Caleb Lewis respectively?

>From the newest data below, I’m thinking the Caleb Elisha Lewis m/1 Phoebe Hazelton Harrison; m/2 Susan Almira Cutten is possibly a double nephew of Caleb Lewis & Margaret Jane Fullerton.

That still leaves the Caleb Lewis m/1 Mariah Knowlton who is possibly s/o Gaius Lewis and Mary Ann Freeman; Gaius and Caleb Sr. being brothers .

Could Jesse Lewis also be a b/o Gaius and Caleb?

I now believe the Sabra Lewis above is Caleb Elisha Lewis’ sister, widow, Sabra Lewis who m/1 George Mason (1840-1871) on 13 Oct 1868, Presbyterian, Halfway River (Indexed as George Mason Isnor & Sabra Lewis [d/o Jesse and Mary A. Lewis]) She’s living with her brother and family at Onslow in 1881

I think the s/o Jessie Lewis is possibly correct but because of the age difference between Caleb and Phoebe, I suspected a possible m/1 for Caleb.

There’s also a Caleb Lewis (abt 1823-1890) in the West Brook area m/1 Miriam Knowlton. One of their grandsons in also named Caleb Elton Lewis.

If Caleb and Phoebe were married 29 Jan 1867 at Lower Maccan, they’re not on the Cumberland Marriage Index so perhaps 29 Jan 1957 at Lower Maccan may be more accurate.

Dave, I believe this Caleb E. Lewis may be the s/o Jesse Lewis and Chloe Olney, one the original settlers of Gilbert Mountain. I think he was m/1 to Margaret Jane Fullerton and m/2 Kesiah Lavinia Atkinson on 31 May 1866 in Parrsboro. Daughter Ella May was born 31 May 1869 in New Canaan. His marriage cert. says he was 60 when he married instead of 69. She was 23! I have a tangled mess on this tree.
