TIPPING, Daisy Elvina - 76, River Hebert East, died December 16, 1995, in Highland View Regional Hospital, Amherst. Born in Chignecto, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Hattie (McAloney) Stevens. She was an adherent of Trinity United Church, River Hebert. Surviving are daughters, Marlene (Mrs. Roy Levy), Halifax; Audrey (Mrs. Darrell White), River Hebert East; Bonnie (Mrs. Remi Alain), Maccan; sister, Jessie (Mrs. Lou Wright), Saint John, N.B.; eight grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank; sisters, Mary, Agnes, Hattie; brothers; Garnet, Burt, Charles, Hughie, George (Garf). Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Furlong's Funeral Home, Amherst. Funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday in Trinity United Church, Rev. Danny Compton officiating. Spring burial in Hillside Cemetery, River Hebert East. Donations to River Hebert Fire Department CPR unit or any charity.

OBITUARY: Frank W. Tipping
River Hebert East - Frank Webster Tipping, 70, of River Hebert East, died Friday in the Highland View Regional Hospital, Amherst. Born in River Hebert, he was a son of the late Royal and Mary (Webster) Tipping. He was a retired coal miner. He was a member of the Trinity United Church in River Hebert. He was a 39 year member and past Noble Grand of IOOF Hobah Lodge 83, Joggins, and an associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 14, River Hebert. Surviving besides his wife, the former Daisy Stevens, are three daughters, Marlene (Mrs. Roy Levy), Halifax; Bonnie (Mrs. Remi Alain), Musquodoboit; and Audrey (Mrs. Darrell White), River Hebert; two sisters, Mabel (Mrs. George Hough), Etobicoke, Ont.; and Mrs. Carrie Card, River Hebert; a brother, Norman, Brantford, Ont.; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Earle and Vernon. The body is in Furlong's Funeral Home, Amherst, from where an IOOF lodge service will be held 7 p.m. Monday. Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Trinity United Church, River Hebert, Rev. Robert Mack and Rev. Margaret Sanson officiating. The body will be placed in the Amherst Cemetery receiving vault with spring burial in River Hebert Cemetery.

Jean Audrey White
1939-2013
Jean Audrey White, 74 years of age, of River Hebert, passed away on Tuesday,
December 17, 2013. Born in River Hebert she was a daughter of the late Frank
& Daisy (Stevens) Tipping.

Audrey enjoyed dancing ,music and singing. She was Post Master in River
Hebert for several years. Audrey loved dogs especially poodles.  She was a
member of the Eastern Star.

Audrey will be sadly missed by her sons, Brian of Summerside, PEI, Tim
(Gail) of Oxford, grandchildren; Daria White, Jarrett White, Shenya White,
Holly Scothorn, Becky Casey; great grandchildren, Kallum White & Meisha
Scothorn; sisters, Bonnie Alain,; brother, Frank (Joanne).

Beside her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Darrell, sister,
Marlene Levey.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Furlong-Jones Funeral Home,
River Hebert. The family will receive visitors at the Furlong-Jones Funeral
Home, River Hebert on Friday, December 20, 2013 from 1- 4 p.m.

Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Breast
Cancer Society.
