Lambert, Darlene Nellie - 76, Oxford, passed away December 9, 2013 in Truro.
Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the late Orrie and Margaret
(Totten) Stonehouse. She is survived by sons, Richard, Westchester; Clifford
(Mildred), Westchester; Garnet (Amy), Dartmouth; daughter, Patricia (Ron
McMillan), West Tatamagouche; sister, Shirley Spiegler, Alberta; 8
grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by
her husband Harry Lambert; brothers, Frankie, Henry ³Junior², and Orrie;
sisters Eleanor and Margaret. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Thursday, December 12, with funeral service at 2 p.m. Friday, December 13
all in MacDiarmid¹s Funeral Home, 5075 Main Street, Oxford (447-2930), with
Rev Linda Fillmore officiating. Private condolences may be sent to the

LAMBERT, Harry Clifford - 62, Oxford, died Sunday in Parrsboro. Born in Port
Greville, Cumberland County, he was a son of Rita (McCully) Lambert and the
late Richard Lambert. He was a member of Knights of Pythias Lodge No. 26,
Oxford. He is survived by his wife, the former Darlene Stonehouse; three
sons, Richard and Clifford, Five Islands; Garnet, at home; a daughter
Patricia (Mrs. Robert McLellan), Great Village; a sister Mrs. Emma Bird,
Springhill; two grandchildren. The body is in MacDiarmid's Funeral Home,
Oxford, where funeral will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. Glen Matheson
officiating. Burial in Millvale Cemetery in the spring.
