William Grey McWhirter m/1 Evelina Adelia Crowell which got written in as Effie in error by someone.

Effie Blanche Crowell was already m/1 to Wallace D. Shea on 4 Sep 1899.

Sometimes, even “official records” can’t be trusted in genealogy.
