I had Emerson as a middle name as well but it was possibly copied from someone else’s file.

Leonard’s registered birth and 1st marriage are just as Leonard Canning. Several other later records are as Leonard E. Canning.

Marr. a second time, details unknown. Leonard Cannon was a farmer at Diligent River.. Issue.
