CREELMAN, Donald Johnson - 70, 107 Pictou Rd., Bible Hill, died March 11, 1996, in Colchester Regional Hospital. Born at Halfway Brook, Colchester Co., he was a son of the late Hedley and Jessie (Johnson) Creelman. He was involved in the family lumber business, working with Hedley Creelman and Son and Maritime Wood Preserves and later with Marwood Ltd. of Brookfield. He was a charter member of Truro Nova Tones, member of St. James Presbyterian Men's Choir and a former member of John Fisher Male Choir. Surviving are his wife, the former Portia Fulton; daughters, Cheryl, Bible Hill; Phyllis and husband John Roberts, Plymouth, Mass.; sisters, Helen Lawlor, Mary, London, Ont.; Gladys Workman, Langley, B.C.; brothers, Gordon, Kenneth, Truro; Warren, Fredericton, N.B.; Allen, Dartmouth; grandchildren, Scott, Megan. He was predeceased by brother, Walter; nephews, James, Eric. Visitation 7-9 p.m. tonight, funeral 11 a.m. Wednesday, both in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro, Rev. Clair MacLeod officiating. Spring burial in Riverside Cemetery, Upper Stewiacke. Family flowers only. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society or any charity.

Jessie B. Creelman dies at 103 CREELMAN, Jessie Blanche - 103, Bible Hill, died December 5, 1992, in Truro. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Johnson. She was a member of St. David's United Church, Bible Hill. She is survived by three daughters, Helen Lawlor, Mary, both of London, Ont.; Gladys Workman, Langley, B.C.; five sons, Kenneth, Middle Stewiacke; Warren, Fredericton, N.B.; Alan, Dartmouth; Donald, Gordon, both of Bible Hill; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Hedley; son, Walter; two grandsons, Jimmy, Eric. The body is in Ettinger-Kennedy Funeral Home, Truro, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in St. David's United Church, Rev. James Brown and Rev. Morley Bentley officiating. A spring burial will be in Valley Crossroads Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VON or St. David's United Church.
