Just found this on the 1901 Census.
Sarah (Hall) Lovely was alive in 1901 at least but deceased by 1918. She may
possibly have died sometime before 1908 as she's not on the NSARM Cumberland
Vitals when deaths were starting to be recorded.

At Parrsboro, on Aug. 11th, CHAS. LOVELY aged 53 years.

OBITUARY: Charles Lovely
The death occurred at Parrsboro on Sunday, August 11th, of Charles Lovely
after a lingering illness. The deceased was 53 years of age and is survived
by one sister, Mrs. Mary Welsh, Fox River and one brother, Edward of
Advocate. The late Mr. Lovely was a man who was respected by all who knew
him on account of his kind and charitable disposition. The funeral took
place in the 13th inst from his home on Victoria St. and was largely
attended. The service was conducted by the Rev. A. Daniel assisted by Capt.
Boulton of the Salvation Army. The floral offerings were many and beautiful.
The pallbearers were Mayor Salter, Messrs A.O. Seaman, Jules Choisnet and
Wm. Puddington. Interment was in the Methodist Cemetery.
