Sidney and Walter are from m/1 Glendine Marvis Atkinson; Terry and Nancy are from m/2 Eleanor Myrtle Briggs; and Linda and Jean are from a previous relationship of Eleanor's. Sidney and Walter were too young to remember their mother when she left; thus, the reason Eleanor is named as his mother in Sidney's obit. I'm assuming that as they would have been about 3 and 2 yrs. at that time.

Thank You. That simplifies things from a genealogical aspect and will prevent errors later on down the road with children not attached to the correct parent.

I’m thus assuming Terry and Nancy are from m/1 Glendine Mavis Atkinson; Sidney and Walter are from m/2 Eleanor Myrtle Briggs; Linda and Jean are from a previous relationship of Eleanor’s. If I’m incorrect in my reasoning, please let me know.

Walter Bird is his full sibling; Terry and Nancy are half siblings and Linda and Jean are step sisters.

Sid Jr was born January 13, 1956. His mother listed in obit. - Eleanor Myrtle Briggs.
