Re: Frederick William Brown

David,

According to my conversation with Stewart Brown, his uncle James Harry Brown, born 15 August 1878, third child of seven and eldest son of James Shannon Brown, went to Alberta where he died 30 May 1952. James Harry Brown married Lucy Jane Neily on 05 November 1901  at Cambridge,Kings County,N.S. with issue of nine children.

Have very little info on the 9 other than names. ......bliss

David,

Yes, you are correct; he is gs/o James Noble Shannon Brown and Susanna Skidmore.

Thank you for the Obit.....I previously had the appropriate dates provided to me by his nephew. There is some confusion within various sources as to the proper spelling of
Jessie Lea Whalen or Jessie Lee Wayland; I have see it presented both ways and still uncertain as to the correct version.
Hillaton,Kings County,N.S. was a long time location for many members of the
James and Sarah (Franklin) Brown line.
