OBITUARY: Russell McCullough
Westville - Russell McCullough, 71, of Pictou Landing Road, formerly of
Westville, died Friday in Aberdeen Hospital. Born in Ward's Brook,
Cumberland County, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bradford
McCullough. He was a former employee of Ferguson Industries, Pictou. He was
a member of the Church of the Holy Name, Westville. He is survived by his
wife, the former Loretta Daley; a son, Gordon, Pictou Landing Road; a
daughter, Eunice (Mrs. Ben Boyles), Pictou Landing Road; four grandchildren;
four great-grandchildren. The body will be in Eagles Funeral Home, Westville
after 7 p.m., today. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday in Church of the Holy
Name, Westville, Father J.H. MacDonald officiating, with burial in the
church cemetery.

OBITUARY: Mrs. Russell McCullough
Westville - Mrs. Russell McCullough, 79, of Pictou Landing Road, formerly of
Westville, died Sunday in the Sutherland Harris Memorial Hospital, Pictou.
Born in Westville, she was the former Loretta Daley, daughter of the late
Edward and Jane (Stewart) Daley. She was a member of Christ the King
Catholic Church, Trenton and a former of the Holy Name, Westville. She had
been a resident of Edward Mortimer Place, Pictou for the past year. She is
survived by a daughter, Eunice (Mrs. Ben Boyles), Pictou Landing Road; a
son, Gordon, Pictou Landing Road; a brother, Charles, Westville; four
grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her
first husband, Anthony Dunn; her second Husband, Russell McCullough; a son,
James Dunn; two sisters, Margaret and Mary; and two brothers, John and
Michael. The body is in Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. Funeral will be 10
a.m. Wednesday in Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Lourdes, Father
J. Gillis officiating. Burial will be in the Holy Name Cemetery, Westville.

McCullough Gordon
Gordon Leroy McCullough, 68, formerly of Westville and Hillside, passed away
on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 in Riverview Adult Residential Centre.
Born in New Glasgow, Gordon was a son of the late Russell and Loretta
(Daley) McCullough.
As a boy, Gordon grew up in Westville and as a young man worked in the
logging industry until retirement due to an injury. He was a member of the
Church of the Holy Name, Westville.
Gordon is survived by niece, Marion Nicholson; nephews: Don Hussher (Pat);
Peter Boyles (Sadie); James Boyles (Heidi), all of Trenton; several
grandnieces and nephews and his extended family at Riverview.
He was predeceased by his half-sister, Eunice Boyles and half-brother, James
Dunn.
Gordon is resting at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville with visiting from 6-9
p.m. on Thursday. His funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday from
Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with Father Gerald Campbell officiating and
will be laid to rest at the Holy Name Cemetery.
