Her mother, Beatrice Ellen (Rogers) Tibbetts’s death can be found on the NSARM Vitals; died 24 Apr 1960 at Blanchard Fraser Memorial Hospital, Kentville at age 37.
Does anyone have Wanda’s step-mother, Nellie Catherine (Keizer) Wilson’s obit from about April 2009?
Wanda’s father was predeceased by his 1st wife, Beatrice (Rogers) and survived by “his loving companion of 30 years, Nellie Wilson” in his 1998 obituary.
1998 – 30 = 1968. Nellie’s 1st husband, Harold M. Wilson died 29 Oct 1975.
After a bit of digging, I now believe all the siblings mentioned in Wanda’s obit below to be by Beatrice Ellen Rogers.

I have her father, Frederick Weston Tibbetts born in Port Greville. Because
Fred had two relationships, I don't know which children are by which mother,
but think most if not all are by Beatrice Rogers.
