Jean Catherine Collins (1933 - 2013), passed away peacefully at Stirling Heights on Wednesday August 21, 2013 in her 81st year. Born on April 21, 1933 in Amherst, N.S. to Alice and Meddie Landry. Predeceased by her husband Reg (Buster). Cherished mother of Ann Butler, Barb (Butch) Beaver, Bobby (Nancy) Collins, Ron (Carol) Collins. Special grandmother to Scott, Troy (Anne) Beaver, Shawn (Barb), Michael (Carrie) White, Bradley (Megan) Collins, Ashley, Stephen, and Jennifer Collins. Great grandma to Austin, Takara Beaver, Mila White and Devin Collins. Jean will be missed by her siblings Phyllis Hurley, Rita Hurley, James Landry and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son-in-law Joseph Butler and her sister Dorothy Noiles. At Jeans request cremation has taken place. Family burial in Amherst N.S. at a later date.
