I have niece, June as June Blanche Spencer, adopted by Clyde Gladstone
Harvie and Jennie Blanche Dowe after June's mother was fatally shot in West
Brook when June was about one year of age.

OBITUARY: Andrew Dowe
Parrsboro - Andrew Dowe, 76, of Parrsboro, died Thursday in Parrsboro
Hospital. Born in Diligent River, he was a son of the late John and Loretta
(Hatfield) Dowe. He was the last surviving member of his family. Surviving
is a niece, June (Mrs. Fred Dembenski), Oromocto, N.B. The body is at
Smirth's Funeral Home, Parrsboro. Funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m., Rev.
Parker Matheson officiating. Burial will be in the United Church Cemetery.
