Mrs. Ruby Mavis Walsh, wife of Posted on the late Richard I. Walsh of Route 118 Doyles Brook passed away Friday morning at her late residence, at the age of 81. Born in Quarryville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Irvine and Violet (Joyce) Stewart. She was a homemaker and a member of St Edward's Roman Catholic Church, Chelmsford.
She is survived by one daughter, Joan Marie Walsh of Doyles Brook, two sisters, Joyce Belk of Quarryville and Joan Coughlan of Blackville, one brother David (Virginia) Stewart of Quarryville. Besides her parents and her husband she was predeceased by two sisters, Leota Morrison and Florence Jardine and also two brothers James Stewart and Claude Stewart.
Mrs. Ruby Mavis Walsh is resting at Father Murdock Memorial Room, Renous, with visitation on Saturday from 2-4 & 7-9 and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St Edward's Roman Catholic Church, Chelmsford, with Father Jim McQuade officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
