AMHERST - The death of Edward Nelson Benjamin occurred at Highland View Hospital Friday at the age of 76 years. Mr. Benjamin was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Nelson Benjamin of Kingsport, N.S. He was employed with the Canadian Car and Foundry Company and had a total of 55 years service with that company and the Enamel and Heating Products Limited. He was a member of I.O.O.F. Manchester Unity Lodge. Surviving him are six daughters, Ola (Mrs. Alex Doncaster), Reta, Jean (Mrs. Ronald Chappell), Eileen (Mrs. Daniel McKenzie) and Mrs. June Lines, all of Amherst, and Etta, Mrs. Arthur Dickson of Toronto; two sons, Ronald of Amherst, and Lawrence of Chatham, N.B.; five sisters, Mrs. Ruby Flynn and Mrs. Edith Thompson of Newport Station, N.S., Mrs. Maude Webster of Port Williams, Mrs. Clara Corkum of Scarboro, Ont., and Mrs. Ethel Fallis of Brockton, Ont., and four brothers, James and Everett of Canning, Minard of Kingsport and Wylie of
Brockton, Mass. The remains are resting at Campbell's Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m.
