She was a member of St. John's Anglican Church, Ingonish. An avid reader, gardener and active individual, Margaret was always enthusiastic and supportive. The family wishes to thank the staff at Burnaby General Hospital and Southview Terrace who provided care and support. As well, they appreciate the many Ingonish friends who supported her when she was "at home" and who faithfully maintained contact when she resided in Vancouver (her home away from home). A Service of Thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2003 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel at Southview Lodge, Vancouver followed by a second Service of Thanksgiving at St Johns Anglican Church, Ingonish at a later date (to be announced). Cremation. Family flowers only. If desired, donations may be made to Southview Terrace or St. John's Anglican Church Memorial Fund, Ingonish Nova Scotia, B0C 1K0.
