Byron Cochrane of Sackville and Amherst

Would there be anyone on the West Coast with access to obits from 2000?

I believe Edward Roy / Leroy Cochrane died in B.C. in that year.

Trying to identify Roy Cochrane's parents.

Thanks.

Dave
