Hi Wayne:
You have ³tweaked² my Cochrane interest. My great grandmother was Mary
Cochrane from Port Greville, a member of this same lineage.
Could this Edward Roy Cochrane who m/1 Dorothy Jean Kent, be the s/o William
Lawrence Cochrane from Port Greville and Martha Lorena Hennnigar from
Kennetcook?
William and Martha were m/1 7 Sep 1919 in Moncton, N.B., which would
possibly place their son, Roy Cochrane in the Westmorland area. William¹s
mother, Evangeline O. (Walton) Cochrane was living in Alma, N.B. when he was
fatally killed in Springhill.
Anyway, I¹m parking your posted obit for Dorothy Jean Kent in Roy Cochrane¹s
file notes as a ³possibility² until I learn more.
Dave
