I don't think the following obituary has been posted before:
June 28, 1962 Oxford Journal (received from Kathryn Jeffers):
Caroline Bertha MATTINSON, formerly of Beckwith, Nova Scotia, went to be with the Lord on June 1, 1962, at Plymouth, Michigan. She leaves her husband, Silas Mattinson, and three daughters, Harriet Brown and Marguerite Stout of Plymouth, and Agnes Miller of Livonia, Michigan, eight grandchildren, also one brother, William F. of Beckwith and one sister, Elizabeth Hinz of Oregan, U.S.A.
NOTE: I list Caroline as the d/o Philip Francis Mattinson (b 1866 in NS, d 1929 in Beckwith, NS) & Harriet Rice (b 1859 in Detroit, Mich., d 1948 in Beckwith).
